The definition of work has changed quite a bit over the last two years. Will we all be based out of an office? The kitchen table? Or a hammock in Bali?
According to the 2022 Global Talent Trends report from LinkedIn, workers are prioritizing work-life balance over all else when looking for a job.
And flexibility is key. The report states that "Employees want flexibility in where, when, and how they work," and that the most lucrative companies will provide a culture that operates smoothly regardless of what time zone you're in and what time of day you do your work.
To answer that, LinkedIn reviewed the fastest-growing job titles over the past several years. These 15 jobs not only provide insight into the future of work but might guide you toward your next role (one with plenty of growth and opportunity).
Plus, in order to be included in the Jobs on the Rise report, a job had to show consistent growth, a significant 2021 presence, and be listed by several companies.
These Are the 15 Hottest Jobs of 2022:
